FREE GROUND SHIPPING FOR U.S NATIONAL ORDERS over $250* 

U.S. UPS Two Day and Next-day shipping is available for an additional charge (please see chart below). Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. PST on business days begin processing on that day; orders placed after 1:00 p.m. PST  begin processing on the next business day. Orders received after 1:00 pm PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

 SHIPPING CARRIERS

All National orders (within the U.S) are shipped using UPS or USPS.
All International orders are shipped using UPS or USPS.

We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped in the shipping address*, so please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

When the package is delivered, the package and its contents is the sole responsibility of the customer.  Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. 

*The shipping address is the one indicated by the customer in the order submitted.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates vary by country and range from approximately $40 to $300 based on the total weight and value of your order. Most International orders are shipped via UPS and will be delivered within 2-10 business days. To see the shipping cost for your order, place items in your bag and begin the checkout process: add your billing and shipping information and continue to the next step to view your shipping cost.

 

USA TAXES FOR NATIONAL ORDERS 

For National shipping (within the U.S) orders are subject to sales taxes determined by law. Taxes will be applied upon your check out depending on the final destination of your order. 

 

FEES, TAXES, AND/OR DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note, International orders are subject to duties and taxes which will be the responsibility of the recipient to be paid upon delivery. For more information please email info@maisonplage.com and we would be happy to provide an estimate on the duties that will be applied to your order. 

We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered and contained therein. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.

Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee equivalent to the duties and taxes levied upon the original shipment.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 
RETURNS

For national shipping (within the U.S) we accept returns for unmarked and undamaged items (*see the exceptions below) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE.


For an item to be eligible for return: 

  • The Return must be shipped back within 48 hours of receiving the return label.

  • It must be unmarked and undamaged. 

  • It must have all original plastic wrap attached. 


Request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing info@maisonplage.com with your order number and the name of the item(s) you would like to return. 

Returns exceeding 14 days will not be processed.

For International orders we only accept an exchange for another product, upon stock availability, or a credit voucher, but no returns are accepted. (see conditions below).  

 

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Items damaged upon arrival are eligible for returns. 

HOW DO I RETURN 

  • Request a return by emailing info@maisonplage.com with your order number and the name of the item(s) you would like to return.

  • If your order was shipped to an U.S. address, you’ll receive a pre-paid UPS or USPS return label via email.

  • Re­package the item(s) you would like to return.

  • Leave your return shipment at a UPS or USPS drop-off location. 

NOTE: Returns are only eligible for authorization on items that are shipped back within the 14-day time period and comply with the Maison Plage exchange conditions established below. 

We will let you know as soon as we’ve received your return and processed your refund. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned merchandise.

EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange an item, please first check our online available stock and email us your exchange request, and we will hold your request, upon stock availability, for your exchange, provided the item(s) returned to us comply with the Maison Plage exchange conditions established below.
We accept exchanges for most unused and undamaged items (*see the exceptions below) within 14 days of purchase for national orders (within the U.S.) and within 20 days of the purchase for international orders.

For an item to be eligible for exchange:

  • It must be unused and undamaged.

  • It must have all original plastic wrap attached.

NOTE: Exchanges exceeding 14/20 days will not be processed.


EXCHANGE EXCEPTIONS
*Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns. 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE

  • Request a return by emailing info@maisonplage.com with your order number and the name of the item(s) you would like to exchange. 

  • If your order was shipped to an U.S. address, you’ll receive a pre-paid UPS return/ exchange label via email. 

  • If your order was shipped to an International address, you'll receive a pre-paid return/exchange label via email from a specific shipping carrier in your local area. 

  • Re­package the item(s) you would like to return for an exchange. 

  • For all National orders leave your return shipment at a UPS drop-off location.

  • For all International orders you will receive an email with instructions depending on your location of how to return the package. 

We’ll let you know as soon as we’ve received your return and processed your refund. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned merchandise. 


REFUND POLICY- 
Refunds and exchanges are issued upon request and will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Maison Plage may refuse any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our conditions stated above. We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to us and the return has been accepted. Please note, returns and exchanges take us 5-10 business days to process after return has been accepted. Thus, once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

SHIPPING RETURNS are ONLY applicable for national orders, within the United States for all items, if returned within 14 days of purchase. 

All returns are free.

EXCHANGES are applicable for national and international orders for items purchased at full price, if returned within 14 (national) or 20 (international) days of purchase. Free Exchanges will be offered for all items being returned back to our location. You will be charged a new shipping fee for the new exchange item being sent to you. The shipping fee will be depend upon your new item and will be quoted to you upon checkout.

 

DAMAGES, INCOMPLETE & INCORRECT ORDERS 

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at Info@MaisonPlage.com

  • Damages must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery receipt.

  • Damaged items must have original packaging in sellable condition

If you have received an item in error, or are missing an item from your order, please contact us at Info@MaisonPlage.com with the order confirmation number and the name of the missing or incorrect items. Our team will review the information and correct delivery errors free of charge.

TRACKING 
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number for national and international order once your order has shipped. You may track your package using the number provided in the email.

PAYMENT 
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Please note, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We do not process sensitive personal information. We do not receive any information from third parties.
